How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Europe takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available for next-day delivery in select countries. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €200. For orders under €200, a flat rate of €9.95 applies within Europe.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Items must be in perfect condition with all tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Log into your account, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return. You’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same item. Contact our customer care team to arrange an exchange.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in the provided pouch or box when not wearing it. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Clean gently with a soft cloth.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes, we offer a lifetime repair service for all Accessorissimo pieces. Contact our customer care team to arrange a repair.
Are your materials hypoallergenic?
All our gold jewelry is made from 18K gold, which is naturally hypoallergenic. Our silver pieces are sterling silver (925). We do not use nickel in any of our products.
